APEC Business Efficiency and Services Target Award known as APEC BEST Awards is organized by APEC Russia since 2016. Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) hosted an APEC Best PH Recognition event last December 13 ,2021 to recognize and honor the Candidates, awardees and Jurors . A celebration of Filipina victories for the APEC Best Top Manager and APEC Best Top Entrepreneur Categories through the years. APEC Best Philippines plan to strengthen the search , logistics preparations and media mileage .
PCW Chair Sandy Montano led the event , with Commissioner Cecilia Madrid- Dy (National Council of Women of the Philippines) , APEC Best PH awardees Zarah Juan (Go Negosyo), Sarah Dela Roya (PCCI), Rosemarie Rafael (WomenbizPH), Ginggay Hontiveros-Malvar (representing Cherrie Atilano) (WomenbizPH) and Juror (2020-2021) Mylene Abiva (WomenbizPH) attended in person. Monette Iturralde-Hamlin was also a Juror (2021) (WomenbizPH) . PCW PDPMED Anette Baleda, PCW International Affairs team Avery Arevalo and Nicole Montesines were organizers.
