Digital Transformation for Green Growth – The Role of R&I EU Research and Innovation Days in ASEAN

With over 350 + Scientists and Technologists from ASEAN and EU , WomenbizPH Chairperson , Mylene Abiva , was a panelist on Robotics Technology during the virtual panel discussion : Digital Transformation for Green Growth – The Role of R&I EU Research and Innovation Days in ASEAN.

The event focused on best practices on green and digital collaboration but also on the steps moving forward – what are the open spaces for partnerships that can move towards sustainable development in the two regions.

Connecting with its origins as the European Commission’s annual flagship Research and Innovation event, this event brings together policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and the public to debate and shape the future of research and innovation in Europe and beyond.

The event in Southeast Asia was held from 2 to 11 November 2022 with a focus on the twin transition: green and digital, placing a spotlight on the co-creation of a circular economy, on leveraging digital transformation to contribute to cutting emissions and advancing towards the sustainable development goals through partnerships and synergistic efforts of the EU and ASEAN.
