Her latest work on data-driven web/app user experience has most recently been published in Information Management Resources Association's latest book on Web Design and Development: Concepts, Methodologies, Tools and Applications.
Before Google, Cathy worked in product management roles in a leading SEA telecom company's mobile broadband business, as well as digital outreach development across 40+ Asian countries with the United Nations.

The fully in-house team manages a performance-focused digital media budget of ~USD4MM/yr with annual digital sales targets of PHP1.5BN+. The team believes in sustainable customer acquisition and revenue growth through granular CLV segmentation and dynamic pricing.

As Chief Technology Officer & Chief Information Officer of Bridge Southeast Asia, Suzy provides technology leadership for the company’s fintech and payroll platforms, as well as in-house infrastructure. She leads the development of the company’s on-premise and cloud payroll platform, and leads and manages the technical service delivery team, servicing the I.T. operations of the 10 offices and 150+ retail outlets of one of the country’s biggest retail coffee operators.
Concurrently, Suzy is Managing Partner, Data Science Consultant at Analytiks, Inc. where she develops data science solutions, such as credit scoring, fraud detection, claim prediction, sales forecasting. She conducts Data Science Readiness Workshops and Data Readiness Assessments for companies looking to explore the value of their data and monetize it. She helps companies explore which use-cases they can adopt to create their own Data Science roadmap and helps build their data science teams, through recruitment and training for upskilling.
