After pursuing graduate studies at Stanford University, Fam became one of Silicon Valley’s youngest VCs, focusing on user experience, corporate innovation and startup collaboration. She assessed founders and teams, analyzed business models and product-market fit, helped companies market their brands, look for partners, and tailor their products to acquire more users. Fam has reviewed over 1000+ startups globally for potential investments and partnerships with F500 companies. She co-founded Silicon Valley incubator PnP Travel and Hospitality Innovation Platform.
Fam managed 25 tech companies as the Head of Ventures and Advisory at Launchgarage Innovation Hub, while co-teaching a Leadership & Strategy class. Currently, she is one of the youngest senior executives in APAC, as she heads the Innovation Division at Insular Life, where she is responsible for creating a long-term Innovation strategy to achieve business goals and future proof the business, implementing approved innovation projects, and championing the culture of innovation in the organization.

Linda is an industry veteran with over 20 years experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, e-commerce, digital finance and mobile services. She leads the digital transformation initiatives for Oriente’s joint-venture partnerships across Southeast Asia, and builds digital commerce platforms that integrate online/offline consumer journeys for existing and potential partners.
Previously, Linda served as Vice President of Ping An Group’s online investment platform LU.com, covering VIP services, loyalty, and operation. Before this, she was Vice President of Brand Commerce in Dentsu Aegis Group helping brands on their digital transformation journey through data, e-commerce, and CRM. Earlier, she spent 14 years at Far Eastern Group Taiwan, leading HAPPY GO, the largest loyalty program in the Taiwan market, and developing innovative mobile products in the telecom sector. Her experience also includes building ecosystems and platforms for Yahoo! Taiwan to enable effective online commerce. Linda has a Master’s degree from National Taiwan University.

Sentimentally dubbed as SCI’s “Employee Number 1,” Erica was already around when SCI was just a germ of an idea. Shortly after winding up her academic career at the University of the Philippines where she served as a Teaching Associate and subsequently becoming a full-time Instructor, Erica met the SCI co-founders and was a witness to their bitcoin brainstorming sessions before the company was even formally set up.
Erica officially joined the company as its manager for sales a few months later then moved on to lead business development efforts by identifying key opportunities and building new partnerships to meet the needs of the company. With her background in communications, the academe, and sales, she has been able to bridge the company’s products and services into a complimentary market.

As a Co-Founder of the Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX), Yang Yang lends a lifelong passion for disruptive technology and social impact to shaping product roadmaps. After teaching herself to code at the age of 5, she continued her interest in computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Prior to founding PDAX, Yang Yang was the Chief Marketing Officer of a global environmental tech company, at which she led strategy for its collaborations with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. in 2015, she also co-founded a mobile app startup in Silicon Valley.
Today, it is the potential of blockchain technology to revolutionize financial inclusion in emerging markets that has brought her to the Philippines.

Mench is a technology entrepreneur and a 3x founder with experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, travel and B2B. A Certified Digital Marketer, she has over 15 years’ experience in corporate strategy, brand, marketing and digital.
She founded AskGina.ph, a home manager platform to help women make sense of their home lives. This allows them to free up time and headspace to take care of themselves and engage in pursuits beyond work and family. It is a platform that also provides employment to women who have parked their careers to be moms and wives. It is a business and mission that revolves around women helping other women.
A strong proponent of women in tech and entrepreneurship, Mench is also a part of the team that leads Google’s Women Will. She served on the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) board for three years.
