Ana Maria A. Delgado holds the position of Senior Vice President, Center Head of Consumer Finance and Chief Customer Experience Officer of Union Bank of the Philippines. She started her career with the Bank as a Product Manager under the Retail Banking Center. Prior to joining the Bank, she was an Assistant Vice President for Product Management at Citibank, N.A. from 2006 to 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History/Painting from Boston College and obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business in 2010.

Better known as Beng, Ma. Cristina is the current President and CEO of Pointwest Technologies, a leading 100% Filipino-owned IT/BPM services company which she co-founded in 2003. A frustrated Chemical Engineer she pursued a career in IT and joined Computer Information Systems (CIS) where she handled critical customer applications of Manila Electric Company. She got her 1st stab at entrepreneurship with Software Ventures International which she co-founded with other leaders from CIS.
Beng has led the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines as president since 2016. A member of the Technical and Advisory Panel in Congressional Commission on Science Technology and Engineering, she was formerly president of the Philippine Software Industry Association for 3 years. She continues to be a PSIA board member and heads the Capability Development Committee, focusing on capacity and capability development and industry robustness for predictable business for all segments.

Myla is currently Chairman and CEO of MDI Group, a leading transformation partner and technology innovator in the Philippines. She is also the Chairman and CEO of Novare Technologies, a Consulting, Product and Agile Software Development company serving top telecommunications and financial services companies.
She serves as the Chairman of the Philippine Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting, a non-profit and accredited watchdog for clean, fair, transparent and peaceful elections. She is a trustee in GoNegosyo, a non-profit board promoting the entrepreneurship culture amongst the youth; serves as Vice Chair of Asia Society Philippines and as trustee of WWF Philippines. Myla Villanueva is Ernst and Young's first Woman Entrepreneur of the Year (2003) and was named Ten Outstanding Women in the Nation's Service in 2010, in the field of Science and Technology.

A Data Science Specialist, Kathleen is the Founder and CEO of Rumarocket, Inc., a talent management platform that uses machine algorithms to help companies find the right people for their hiring needs. Rumarocket, Inc. started as Kathleen’s thesis proposal in 2010 while studying at the University of the Philippines. Despite rejection of her thesis proposal, Kathleen pursued her idea.
Kathleen worked as content writer in May Han International Cuisine; as Freelance Artist in KK Layouts and Graphic Design; as Promo Ambassador of BNP PARIBAS Ace Manager; and as HPAIR Ambassador. In 2014, she was certified by the “Start-up Generation Global Fellowship Program” at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
Rumarocket, Inc. has been recognized at different events including Seedstars World, the Global startup competition, winning the 2014 regional event. Kathleen joined an intensive accelerator program by Chinese VC firm Chinaccelerator. In 2017, Kathleen received the Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards.

Ken Lingan is the CEO of Publicis Groupe Philippines, which is one of the leading communications group in the country and includes renowned agency brands like Leo- Burnett, Publicis Jimenez Basic, Publicis Manila, Starcom, Zenith and Spark Foundry.
Before joining Publicis, Ken was the Country Manager of Google Philippines where he was responsible for Google’s online advertising business and is also the force behind Google’s digitization initiatives towards inclusive growth in the Philippines.
Prior to Google, Ken has been in marketing and brand development in Unilever and has served as a Regional Category Vice President in Southeast Asia and Australia, Marketing Director in the Gulf Region and Regional Brand Director in Asia.
Ken is a past president of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) and is a Mansmith Market Masters Awardee.
He graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Management Engineering. Ken is married with 3 kids. Outside of work, Ken loves reading, traveling with his family, and trying out new food places.
